Shipping policy
Once the delivery agent leaves, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.
- Shipping fees must be paid to the delivery agent, whether you receive the item or not, as the delivery service is independent of the product itself.
- Shipping is a service designed to save you time and effort.
- In rare cases, if the item has a clear defect, we kindly ask you not to accept it. You will only pay the delivery fee, and we will immediately replace the item with a new one at no additional delivery cost.
- Every order is carefully checked before shipping, so mistakes are very rare.

- الشحن بيتدفع للمندوب سواء تم الاستلام او لا , و دا لأنه بيقدم خدمة التوصيل فقط و مش مسئول عن المنتج
- الشحن دي خدمة بتوفر علي حضرتك وقت و مجهود
- في حالة نادرة جدا ان المنتج يكون فيه ديفو واضح بنطلب من حضرتك متستلميش الاوردر و تدفعي فقط مصاريف الشحن و هنبعت لحضرتك منتج جديد تماما من غير اي مصاريف شحن تاني
- كل اوردر بيتم مراجعته كذا مرة قبل ما الاوردر يطلع فا المشاكل بتكون نادرة جدا
